Jami Sterling-Christopherson
Founder & Principal Broker
Jami is the Founder of Sterling Management Group, Inc., bringing over 40 years of industry experience. She established the company’s core values, operational standards, and long-term vision, shaping Sterling into the trusted management firm it is today. While having stepped back from daily operations, she continues to serve as Acting Principal Broker, providing guidance and oversight. Her leadership reflects a commitment to excellence, ethical practices, and the communities Sterling serves.
Britt Benner
President & Asset Portfolio Manager
Britt joined Sterling Management Group in 2021 and currently serves as President, and team roll of Asset Portfolio Manager. She provides strategic oversight of company operations while managing portfolio performance and financial reporting for the Eugene and Corvallis markets. With more than sixteen years of industry experience across landlord-tenant law, residential, HOA, and commercial management, Britt supports internal teams and delivers consistent, high-level service to Sterling’s commercial and residential clients.
Billy Benner
General Manager
Billy has served as General Manager at Sterling Management since 2020, overseeing daily operations and leading project management initiatives across the organization. With a background in psychology and criminology, experience as a business owner since 2015, and hands-on experience as a skilled handyman, Billy brings a well-rounded, practical approach to property management and operations. His technical knowledge allows him to effectively evaluate maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and support project execution with a strong understanding of on-site realities. Billy works closely with ownership and the Sterling Management team to drive operational efficiency, maintain consistency, and uphold high standards of quality across all projects and business functions.
